This signature mock up bag is an epitome of my personal style which is inspired by events, objects, places, and people that were present at the time I was growing up and have greatly influenced my personal taste in fashion and creating an artwork.
My personal style, which is named The Modern Glam Maverick is a definition of a woman who is strong, independent and an exceptional stunner who doesn’t conform with the usual. Glamorous and chic, bold and adventurous are just some of the words that describe a Modern Glam Maverick style.
The signature mock up bag pictured above, is designed according to what a Modern Glam Maverick woman would wear or carry along while accomplishing her everyday agenda. I have used black cardstock for the bag’s body and straps and have attached gold loop handles on the sides, a black and gold button in the middle of the bag to add a touch of charm to it.
To execute the design I have chosen three kinds of fabrics that can be used to make the bag. Below are the fabrics’ swatches, additional materials needed and each of the fabrics’ production cost. These fabrics can be purchased at Mood designer fabrics in New York.
The estimated retail price can be adjusted if I will purchase the fabrics and materials in wholesale or bulk price. For small businesses that can only manufacture one item for a yard of fabric, these production costs are applicable.
